Connected Data Protector Data Center software is managed through a web based utility – Support Center. The Support Center server could be the same as Data Center Server and can be accessed through browser of any desktop available on the network.

The management user permissions, agent configurations, community settings and customizable reports are made available through the Support Center software.

The software has easy to browse options available with a comprehensive help toolkit for good administration of the backup environment.
