Ace Data Devices is now the Authorized Service network (ASN) partner of EMC for the Services. EMC is the world's leading provider of information storage systems, software, networks, and services. As an ASN partner, Ace Data will offer deployment, troubleshooting and post-sales services to EMC's customers in the northern region.
Ace Data Devices Pvt. Ltd. started as reseller for EMC when the company entered in the Indian market. Currently, Ace Data has around eight EMC certified employees and does around 8–10 deployments in a month for the vendor.
Commenting on the same, Neeraj Mediratta, Managing Director, Ace Data Devices, said, "In our new role, we will assist in smooth functioning of the system and ensure that data is available at the time of disaster to the customers who have chosen the EMC technology like data recovery and disaster recovery solutions."

He further said that ASN partner not only adds money but also adds value to the customers and support their infrastructure as well. To be an ASN partner, a company needs to have understanding of storage and backup technologies and some level of accredit ion.
