Ace Data Devices is now the Authorized Service Network (ASN) partner of EMC. As an ASN partner, Ace Data will offer deployment, troubleshooting and post-sales services to EMC's customers in the northern region.
Commenting on the appointment, Neeraj Mediratta, MD, Ace Data Devices said, "In our new role, we will assist in smooth functioning of the system and ensure that data is available at the time of disaster to the customer."
He further added, "The company comprises manufacturer-certified and trained engineers, analysts and technicians with extensive experience and skill for resolving extremely complex technical challenges. These consultants assess, design and implement solutions that takes care of business while delivering maximum RoI".
Praveen Sahai, Head-Marketing and Corporate Affairs, EMC India commented, "Ace Data has been designing and deploying solutions at customer premises as EMC's partner for six years. It has an experienced team to manage more complex deployments. ASN partner adds both money and value to the customers and support their infrastructure. To be an ASN partner, a company needs to have understanding of storage and backup technologies, and some level of accredit ion."
