AceData was made in consideration to provide solutions to clients and always give them the best of our capabilities. Moreover, we ensured with time; we developed with the advancement of technology.

On our 24th anniversary at AceData, We, Neeraj Medirattaa and Anuuj Medirattaa promised ourselves not to stop here, and bring better solutions and best services for our esteemed clients. Even after so many years of our venture, we feel there is still more span, to add value to our services.

We understand the real value of your data in this time, when every information, work, and system solely relies on data, and how it shapes your enterprise. Our mission is to safeguard your data and retrieve it when lost and bring solutions for ease and storage.

With our excellent team by our side, we always analyze your business ideology and infrastructure, and in what ways we can help you. As per SLA defined structure, we aim to build our country in the field of IT, by supporting enterprises and companies.

Even today, we continue to provide backup operations, recovery, and compliance, back up assessment, and Cloud-based Backups to our customers.

When a curious mind on his brink of the twenties learned a new skill in software development, and from that point on, it has been the inspiration. Anuuj Medirattaa is a software professional and founder of AceData.
His vision to form this company physically established in 1996, and that was just the beginning of the adventure. Just, this year we marked our 24 years in this industry, and we are still overwhelmed with a head full of ideas to implement.
While IT is a continuously evolving industry, we also learn and evolve every year and are intrigued by the advancement in the field. We here are AceData believes in learning and implementing for betterment in services.
Neeraj Medirattaa initially studied economics in college, but later found his inspiration and wavelength with Information Technology. He was inspired by the field and enjoyed how this field pushes one's boundaries towards further learning.
While Anuuj Medirattaa is the technical head that helps AceData growing in the field, and learning new skills. With plenty of latest certifications in EMC and Amazon Web Services, Anuuj Medirattaa believes in learning non-stop.
On the other hand, Neeraj Medirattaa is the one who steers the ship; he is the leader in managing company accounts, customer relations, strategic planning, Change Management, marketing, and developing relations with the vendors in the country, and internationally.
The two brothers are the equalizers and balance the tone of AceData and embark on exploring new horizons each day. While one takes care of the technical aspect, other works on the management and expanding the company.

Just when we started in 1996, we earned some clients right off the start, who were intrigued by our ideas.

In 1997, we successfully became the distributor and service center for TVSE for the Delhi NCR region. Next year we acquired the distribution of office equipment of Crompton Greaves, part of Avantha Group.

We upgraded ourselves in HP Technical Certifications in High-end Servers and
Storage that would give us the knowledge of storage solutions. Later we got the Iron Mountain Recognition as an authorized sales partner.

In 2002, another milestone achieved by implementing the backup for SUN Solaris and HP UNIX with Oracle Database Environment.

In 2005, we proudly became the Velocity Partner of EMC and the first company in India to provide implementation and support by certified EMC engineers. Later in 2006, we established our office in Gurgaon, for better visibility.

Our success story continued by receiving EMC Most Committed Partner Award & Quantum Alliance Registered VAR Membership in the year 2008.

We started building our services portfolio by launching vendor-neutral Assessment Services & Managed Services managing end-to-end backup operations for our customers.

In 2011, we were awarded by Certificate of Appreciation by Royal Government of Bhutan, EMC excellence award for All-Rounder, and ITPV Best Solution Provider EMC Elite Partner.

We expanded our Gurgaon operation by moving into a bigger facility and setting up our own internal Data Center for testings & training.

Later in the year, we partnered with ASIGRA & launched our own Cloud providing Cloud Based backup service to our customers.

In 2012, we received another EMC award, Most Committed Partner, Chanel World Honoree, and Fast Track 100 Awards.

We continued our journey and expanded our operations to Mumbai to cater to the local market in Mumbai.

We also qualified to become the Advanced Consultancy Partners for AWS to deliver their solutions & services to our customers.

Recently, we received the ET Edge – An Economic Times Initiative as Most Promising Entrepreneurs of India.
Surely, it is a proud moment for us, while we absorb the glory and take a breather to thank and celebrate with all our partners. Because, without them, this had not been possible, with trust in our services, and relation for years is the true epitome of success for our company.

Looking at the future, we only see ourselves growing and expanding, with many ideas in our head, on the brink of implementation. We are thrilled to continue our journey at AceData with our exceptional team and our loyal partners.

Neeraj Medirattaa

CEO / Managing Director

Starting his career in sales & marketing in Pharmaceuticals, Neeraj soon left that industry for more progressive and innovative IT career, better suited to his working style and temperament.
Starting AceData as a computer hardware, software, peripherals and consumables vendor, he steered the company towards specializing in the niche sector of data storage, backup and disaster recovery vertical. He has helped build the marketing network for AceData, and supported by developing well established vendor relationships with international market leaders in this vertical like EMC, Asigra, HP, Netapp and VMware etc. He is now engaged in enlarging the market geographically by expanding to more regions, both within India as well as internationally.
His vision is to establish AceData as a leading international player in storage.

Anuuj Medirattaa

Founder and Director Technical

Trained as a software professional, Anuuj founded AceData with his elder brother in 1996. He has been specializing in the storage and backup industry since 2002. Seeing an opportunity and recognizing the potential in this niche earlier on, he has been implementing and consulting on various storage, backup and disaster recovery requirements in heterogeneous environments.
These environments include operating systems like Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-Unix and IBM AIX plus a variety of databases and applications. Anuuj focuses on providing best-of-breed data protection and management solutions to enterprises, along with dependable world class support services, and is currently driving his cloud based backup offering – AceData Virtual Vault Cloud Backup in the Indian market. He holds several industry certifications in data storage,
backup and disaster recovery related technology. He is one of the most experienced engineers in this field in India, and this is a fact acknowledged by international vendors of this vertical.
