Ace Data processes such data for the purpose of providing the contracted service and does not determine what personal data the customer chooses to store in its applications, servers, files or backup environments.
Where applicable to the service, customer backup data is encrypted before being stored in the cloud using appropriate encryption and security mechanisms, including AES-256 encryption and FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic mechanisms.
Access to customer data is restricted to what is required for authorised service delivery, support, recovery and related operational purposes.
